Fees, Deposits & Cancellations

Rental Fees & Deposits

10-night minimum stay
$500 non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation
$125 per night
$3,000 per month (additional nights beyond a month billed at $100/night)
$200 cleaning fee
WiFi and utilities are included.

Dogs

A $250 refundable deposit is required per dog.
Deposits will be returned after departure, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning needs, including but not limited to waste left in the yard, stains, or scratches, will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a $250 credit toward a future stay, valid for up to one year from the original arrival date.
